Break Up with Sugar!


I used to be on the sugar diet. I guess it's the only diet that we don't struggle to stay on ;-) 

 

I had no problem eating ice cream for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

 

But guess what, my body was not doing too great on the sugar diet. 

 

So after too many sugar crashes and really feeling like it was an actual addiction I decided it was time to take back control.

 

June 2015 I cut all sugar cold turkey.

 

My plan was to just course correct. But it felt so good I really didn't want to go back to sugar.
